Exhibitors staying over for the Blue Ridge Classic Horse Show, July 22–26, 2008 may be assigned their regular stalls for both shows. Exhibitors not staying over must vacate their stalls no later than 6 am Sunday.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO QUALIFY FOR STAKE CLASSES
Entries close June 21, 2008. Entries postmarked later than June 21, 2008 will be charged a nonrefundable $20.00 per horse late fee. This show is affiliated with the American Saddlebred Association, American Saddlebred Association of the Carolinas, East Tennessee Saddlebred Association and Appalachian Horse Show Associations. USEF rules will apply.
All horses coming into North Carolina from other States and North Carolina stabled horses must be accompanied by a current Negative Coggins Certificate (EIA) within twelve months. A copy must be left on file in the show office and must be displayed on the front of the stall.
NEW: RED DOT SALE…Let a captive audience of horse enthusiast see that your horse is for sale. They can then go to the show office for more information. $15 per horse.
The show office will close one hour prior to the scheduled start of each session. All classes entered after one hour before this will be charged a session late entry fee of $10 per class. Classes scratched within this period will not be refunded. There will be a $50.00 fee charged for returned checks.
Stalls will be available after noon on Wednesday, July 18, 2008. Early arrivals must be pre-approved through manager and a $15 per horse/day fee will apply. You will be assigned your regular stalls for the Asheville Invitational and also Blue Ridge Classic, provided you have made reservations accompanied by full payment for both shows. Exhibitors not staying over for the Blue Ridge show must vacate their stalls no later than 6:00 am Sunday.
Sawdust may only be hauled in on your own personal vehicle, no vendors. Pre-orders for shavings will be at your stall when you arrive. $6.50 per bag. Please only order for this show.
Refunds requested before the closing date of entries will be made in full less a $15 scratch horse fee and the non-refundable office fee. Refunds requested after the closing date must be accompanied by a veterinarian certificate and must received before the end of the show. Stalls will not be refunded after July 1st.
All dogs must be kept on a lease and all vehicle drivers must have a valid drivers license.
Camper permits must be acquired immediately upon arrival from the show office. This permit must be visible at all times. Once permits are obtained, camper spaces will be unlocked. Campers staying over for the Blue Ridge Classic show must obtain a new permit for the Blue RidgeClassic show.
The Show shall be under absolute control of the Management. The manager’s decision is final and may not be protested. Only qualified persons shall be allowed in the ring during judging. Exhibitors are notified that any act of discourtesy or disobedience to the judge or officials on the part of the trainer, owner, rider or groom will disqualify horse or rider and the owner shall forfeit his entry fees and other fees.
